Lucy and Ethel give new meaning to the term "head butt"

This is a follow-up to yesterday's post.

There are some "before and after" (the video clip) pictures; these are the "before". Ethel flopped near Lucy (or vice versa). Ethel ended lined up and laying behind Lucy like they were a couple of railroad cars (as they often do ... all 3).

Then Lucy sits up to groom herself.
Ethel doesn't move.
Hence, the Lucy-Ethel "head-butt"

Ethel does not seemed to be disturbed by this development.

* sigh *

Look at that sweet little mouf!

As you can see, Lucy continued her encroachment the more she groomed herself.
Ethel did not think it was worth disturbing a comfy nap.
As you know, Lucy eventually turned around and laid some lovin' on Ethel (as seen here).
