A Capital Idea! And a Challenge!

Here's the "capital idea": The Georgia Chapter of the House Rabbit Society (GHRS) has started 2013 with a capital campaign to buy the bunny shelter!

"The Key to our Forever Home is You!"

Started in 1996 and working out of a basement operation, GHRS has saved over 3,500 rabbits. In 2010, GHRS moved to its own building and now wants to buy it so the rabbits have a permanent shelter. Interest expenses can then go towards saving bunnies.

GHRS is an all volunteer no-kill shelter that rescues, rehabilitates and finds homes for abandoned and abused domestic rabbits. GHRS is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, so your donations may be tax deductible.

Rabbit Ramblings will donate funds to the GHRS capital campaign based on the net increase in RR page "Likes" on its Facebook page by March 31, 2013. If you have already "Liked" us (thank you), then tell your bunny friends to "Like" RR.
