In Memoriam: Silky

RR was saddened to learn of the passing of a previous RR Submission, Silky. As many buns do, Silky started off with a hard life but was rescued by and adopted from HAWS - by one of their volunteers.

Silky's alert owner was tipped off to head to the vet by a change in Silky's mood and behavior (like the symptoms discussed here).

Unfortunately, there's not always a happy ending.
