Coming soon: One of the worst time of the year for bunnies -- Easter.
Do not give bunnies (or chicks or any animals) as gifts or buy one on impulse for the holidays. They are not easy-to-care-for "starter" pets. Educate yourself before you adopt any pet. Starting soon after Easter, bunnies will be ignored in little cages, released outside (very bad - domestic rabbits do not have the coping skills of wild rabbits), or will die from improper care.
