Bunya is different ...

... from Lucy and Ethel.

Well, yes, he's a boy and they're girls, but that's not what I am talking about.

Bunya is more human friendly. He was here first and by himself - until we found him a couple of cute, young sisters to bond with and thus made him the world's luckiest bunny (explained here).

Example: I got off the treadmill and turned down the hall. There was Bunya at the end of the hall, flopped out where he could keep one eye on the girls and one on any humans coming on their turf.
If this had been Lucy, for example, she would have bolted as soon as I started walking down the hall (alternatively, she would have tried to get past the little fence that blocks her ability to explore areas where she would cause untold mischief).

Not The Bunya. He stayed flopped, let me come right up to him and take his picture close up.
He even consented to allowing me to skritch his head.
Don't you just love it when they smush their little heads flat to floor and chatter because you hit the right spot?
